How do you get kids back into playing sports? ESPN set out to solve this question with their new Take Back Sports Youth Sports Movement. Launched at the end of June 2025, Big Studios partnered with the ESPN Creative Studio to produce an animated music video to illustrate its goals. The video’s style was designed to appeal to parents who grew up in the 90s, evoking nostalgia for the animation they once watched. ESPN’s goal is to emphasize the importance of play, community, and the transformative power of sports.
